- 1 teaspoon of Super3 Green™
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 small avocado
- 200ml of milk (almond, coconut, cows)
- Blueberries, banana, sunflower seeds, almonds
- Add Super3 Green™, banana, avocado and milk to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Mix well.
- Leave for ½ hour or overnight in the fridge.
- Top with sliced banana, blueberries, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
