Chia Pudding


  • 1 teaspoon of Super3 Green™
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small avocado
  • 200ml of milk (almond, coconut, cows)
  • Blueberries, banana, sunflower seeds, almonds


  1. Add Super3 Green™, banana, avocado and milk to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Mix well.
  3. Leave for ½ hour or overnight in the fridge.
  4. Top with sliced banana, blueberries, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
  5. Enjoy!
