- 1 frozen bananas
- 1/2 a ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon Super3 Green™
- 125ml of almond or any non dairy milk.
- 2 drops peppermint oil
- 1-2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
- Blend the frozen banana, avocado, almond milk and Super3 Green™.
- Add in the peppermint oil and half the chocolate chips and pulse, do not blend completely.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with the additional chocolate chips or cocoa nibs.
