Mint Chocolate Super Green Smoothie


  • 1 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 a ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Super3 Green™
  • 125ml of almond or any non dairy milk.
  • 2 drops peppermint oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs


  1. Blend the frozen banana, avocado, almond milk and Super3 Green™.
  2. Add in the peppermint oil and half the chocolate chips and pulse, do not blend completely.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with the additional chocolate chips or cocoa nibs.
  4. Enjoy!
